HOW IT WORKS

1. Request an Appointment

2. Medical History: You will be asked to complete a medical history form for our provider. This allows our staff to fully understand your current and past health as well as your personal tasks.

3. Basic Vital Signs Examination: A CMED Medical Assistant will take your vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, pO2, and a glucometer reading via finger stick.

4. Pre-Examination: Once all pre-examinations are completed, our Medical Doctor will speak with you and determine if you are a good candidate for Shockwave Therapy. If everything looks good, you will have your first shockwave treatment.

5. Schedule Next Appointment
